Blue Umbreon

I am really NOT a pokemon or digimon fan .
I just like some of their designs ,as the case here of umbreon .

The dark skin and luminous parts , are very fun to paint , and to add effects .

Re-uploading this tho show you that the skin is not wet ,
those are Little lights inside the craks .
