As always, your ability to render such familiar faces in your jaw-dropping, sensual art style leaves me speechless.
You've done an excellent job in producing Mirage's curvy figure in a way that captures the eye, offering such a teasing view of her shapely legs with her "skirt" open the way it is. And her pose? Standing knee-deep in water strewn with rose petals, cradling her bust with her forearm, standing in half-profile to give the viewer an idea of just how voluptuous she is? My word, she's a siren..though that creepy slasher smile reminds me that this IS a self-confessed goddess of evil, and that getting too close to her might prove disastrous.
But let's face it...there are worse ways to die. And in your words: "Evil never looked so GOOD." :3
I looove her wicked grin, and her teasing pose. Now who can resist such evil seductive charms? Not me, nor do I want to!
And it's not as if she'd let you be bored with nothing to do. Ever.
The shiny, reflective metallic garments she's wearing are very well done. The tiny (glowing?) ruby in the serpent crown is a nice touch too. Though I only just noticed the gash-like rents in the stone pillars. Them pillar-gashes, are they just decorative, or are they a result of her venting rage and frustration to losing to a big blue dolt 'n street rat? Seem quite claw rakeish, but also rather uniformed and precise.
Ah, the memories! As a lifelong cat-girl lover, Mirage was a very memorable character indeed. Since she was obviously inspired by Bast, I thought it would have been cool if there had been an episode introducing a character based off Anubis with a canine/jackal theme, Mirage's brother perhaps? First class work, the glowing eyes are an awesome touch.
