Another commission to :icondarkvigilante:
he asked me for a version of Libby in her blue outif of the Jimmy neutron's episode , The N men , where she was kind of a Invisible woman .
I used a nice trick on her metalic blue costume .
again , it was a fan image to do .

Oh , that effect .
I found some picts of a blue metalic leotard , and heavily distorted the pieces to fit on my drawing .
with that as a base , I paint over it to blend all together .
