How do you get the result of the second part of the process?

setting the shadow layer (that is above the color layer) , in the Overlay mode.

ohh ok. What about going over the pencil line? How do you do that? :)

The pencil lines were made direct on photoshop in another layer , above all the other.

Adoro que no sketch está um ponto de interrogação e depois aparece a twilight xD

Well, I have to be honest, buddy, I was REALLY hoping to see a WiP companion piece from this latest masterpiece from you! :D It's always quite the intriguing pleasure indeed, getting the fantastic opportunity to get a better, closer look at all of the intricate steps you implement in bringing your legendary work to life, and as much as I absolutely LOVED your fabulous work on this EPICALLY sweet painting, I'm certain that you can imagine that I am VERY happy right now! ^^

My personal favorite section of this particular WiP would have to be the 4th step here. It is always so very awe-inspiring indeed to see the wonderful 3D-like effects you are able to bring forth in your composition of the shadings and shadows in your masterful pieces, and seeing those shadows on an independent level gives me a rare and AWESOME chance to see just how intricately and meticulously your detailing is that flows from your hands onto the waiting canvas! ^^

Thanks for sharing another great peek into the SENSATIONAL work that you always so amazingly do, my friend, and thank you so very much again for creating such a beautiful commission masterpiece for me that will always bring the BIGGEST of smiles to my face whenever I look upon it's supreme sweetness! :D
